We post orders on working days Monday - Friday, using Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We send via Royal Mail/Parcel force in the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country.

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions, body smells, perfume smells etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
Please notify us of your return by emailing , we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
Please note all sale items are final sale and can only be returned in exchange for store credit or voucher.

Please place a note in your parcel, with your oder number, full name telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEM?
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours.
